Pescetarian just means eating fish/seafood or mostly fish/seafood as opposed to land based animal foods. Look for fish/seafood recipes on the Internet. The recommended
"dose" is to eat fish and sea food is AT LEAST 2 to 3 times a weepescetarian recipesk. the preferred cooking method is poached, steamed or grilled. If you must fry, use as little oil as possible. Fish cooks rather quickly so it does not need a lot of oil.

So you want to be a pescetarian but you don't know much about it.. just wondering what made you want to be something of which you know very little.. is it just because of the label? "Hey I want to be a lawyer!!! By the way, what's a lawyer anyway?" Sounds familiar?
Google fish recipes. Vegetarians and vegans don't cook with or eat fish.
like that other post said. but without being so mean
