fast weight loss tipsFast weight loss tips and tricks. heathly or unhealthy doesnt matter?
ive been struggling with my weight for years. and ive tried regular exercise and diet and it does not help.please dont suggest seeing my doctor, i have and she is absolutely no help.
soo can you give me some tips or tricks whether they are unhealthy or not to loose a lot of weight and in a short time frame. im planning my wedding soon. and in the process i want to be happy and loook good on my wedding. also dont suggest diet pills because they are expensive and do not work.
I have been taking this for a while now, and it really helped me. I went from 210 to 160 in about 6-8 months. I hope it can help you. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

Weight lose does not have to be hard, but it must be done in a healthy way. Some effective weight loss tips for you –
1. Avoid trans fats
2. Limit starches
3. Avoid artificial sweeteners
4. Add low GI (Glycemicfast weight loss tips index) food in your diet
5. Drink plenty of water
6. Take 6 small meals per day
7. Avoid high fructose corn syrup
8. Take Omega3 supplements
9. Exercise daily
throw up.
I am in your corner so to speak... I am 5'11 and have weighed as much as 280, which is heavy. I have tried a ton of stuff as well. I have lost about 10 pounds and have kept it off for a while so I am impressed with this results. I used a site that helps you eat the foods you love, just strategically. It has a ton of videos and recipes to show you how it all works.

yard shoesHow to get rid of goathead stickers scattered all over my southwest yard. They stick to shoes then carpet.?
Everytime I walk around my yard certain areas have thousands of these stickers called goatheads ( tornitillos by the Mexicans ) which
stick onto my shoes, and if I don't scrape them off before entering my
house, they become embedded in the carpet. They hurt like crazy
when stepped on when bare footed and even through socks.
They also hurt the dogs walking the yard as they stick to their paws.
Best way to get rid of them is to pull 'em out. Allow them to start to go to seed (so you can isolate the bite-you-bitchez) Gently lift the stems to find the root mass - grows radially out from center - gather all the stems and pull. The roots are shallow, but the stems growing along the ground will root as they grow (weed survival tactic) and break yard shoeseasily. Takes time but it's more effective than using poison which encourages them to go to seed that wil continue the sticky infestation. I can walk barefoot in my front yard now.
It isn't just about getting rid of the plant but the actual goat heads, which no one has seemed to Answer. I have recently found that getting shaggy carpet scraps from your local carpet stores dumpster then dragging them across your yard can pick up thousands of the little devils!!!!!!!
I found another post using ask.com about how to remove stickers from my yard. The post was from fox16 news and its called Good Earth Greenhouse. He said the best way to remove stickers is to use a post-emerge such as Fertilone Weed Out yard shoesPlus. Apply 2 applications 7 to 10 days apart. Use pre-emerge and fertilizer every 60 days now till winter. Cut yard closer than normal and bag it a few times to cut out the stickers. You might read a few others of his posts, he has great info on yard care. Also, I am still doing research on this myself. I have stickers that seem to be silimar to yours..they stick to shoes and it took me about 30 min to use a tweezer to pull them out of my sons shoes (hes only 20mos old). I didnt know they are called Goatheads, but I will research that and will research other terms I found like Bermuda and Zoysia, which he said to use Weed Out Plus on in reference to people looking for sticker removal. I am registered on 3 different websites for 3 different vehicles.
These sites are great, cuz the people have tons of experience with your specific car.
If you can't find a site for it, get a different car, cuz it's probably not worth owning.

My friend is in desperate need of good legal and financial advice regarding some very serious issues. It will be almost impossible for her to pay normal Lawyer/Solicitor rates. Pescetarian is not really a word or a diet. Just go vegetarian or vegan, fish are full of mercury and contiubte nothing good to your health.
Foods:
Fruits, vegetables, nuts (almonds cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc), beans (black, pinto, baked, kidney, etc), seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, hemp, etc), soy products (tofu, TVP, tempeh, fortified soy milk, miso, etc.) pulses, whole grains, quinoa, seiten, nutritional yeast, cereals, chickpea, seaweed, lentils, & vegetable, hepescetarian recipesmp, and flaxseed oils. Dairy & meat substitutes are optional but sometimes good to include.

Okay, I literally laughed out loud at this part. Yes, these women are gold diggers, there is no doubt about it. However, I have some issues with what you stated.

Many people have their eyes wide open about these women and others like them, it is not a shock or a mystery. That is why Reggie Bush did not marry Kim Kardashian, he has no respect for her. Other people called Gary Coleman's wife a gold digger as well, I saw articles on the internet about it.
There are plenty of black American men who see through the gold diggers and value a woman who carries herself with some dignity. There are music artists as well who write songs that praise black women. Of course, these many times do not get the popularity of the more stereotypical songs. You have to look for them.

That is where you made your mistake. You assume that all black Americans actually feel the same way as the few celebrities you describe here. That is wrong, and you are just as guilty of stereotyping as you accuse others to be.
Many people have their eyes wide open about these women and others like them, it is not a shock or a mystery. That is why Reggie Bush did not marry Kim Kardashian, he has no respect for her. Other people called Gary Coleman's wife a gold digger as well, I saw articles on the internet about it.
There are plenty of black American men who see through the gold diggers and value a woman who carries herself with some dignity. There are music artists as well who write songs that praise black women. Of course, these many times do not get the popularity of the more stereotypical songs. You have to look for them.

This is not your writing but the post has a lot of good points. You however need some therapy if this is how you have to get your point across like this. Anger, rage and frustration to the point where you have to rant to excess is a sign that you do not know how to properly express yourself in a manner that would garner you the respect of your peers and also those you are upset about. There is a way of discussing things without "dissing" or putting others down in a polite and but firm tone on any level. The level of this rant stooped to what was disrespectful both to everyone you spoke about..both African American, Caucasian, Asian and everyone else and most of all....to yourself. As a therapist I see women like you everyday who cannot properly express them self without digging a hole for themselves with their own words first. Think before you speak and chose your words carefully. You don't have to put someone down to prove a point. does legal aid help divorceLegal aid through divorce? Please help! Horrible situation :(?
My best friend is currently undergoing divorce proceedings, and his decree nisi was announced on 24th Sept 2009, which means the earliest he can apply for a decree absolute is on the 6th November.
So far he has been representing himself, as he really can not afford a solicitor. He is the petitioner and instigated the divorce proceedings under the grounds of unreasonable behaviour. (he was married in jan 2005, and his wife basically treated him like a dog and abused his finances until he ran up a huge debt, and when he ran out of money she consequently left him in may 2008. He filed for divorce in June 09)
Yesterday he got a letter from her solicitor claiming that he had caused her stress because he was not compassionate when her brother died and wants ￡14,000. He wasn't even aware of her brother dying and would have certainly tried to contact her family if he had known.
He is now earning less than ￡14,000 a year, his current account is over ￡3000 overdrawn, he has a loan of ￡10,000 to pay off and his credit card debts all mount to another ￡10,000.
He has copies of all of his transactions, most of the debt went into running the matrimonial home, and financing her lifestyle to keep her happy. He is currently homeless as he godoes legal aid help divorcet evicted from his rented property and is living with a family friend.
How does he reply to such a demand of ￡14,000,he can't afford a solicitor and he really doesn't know what to do. How do we write a strong letter back to say she's a total AV儿劣** and he has no money to giver her because SHE'S run up his debt? How do we get legal aid?
